In 2022, Erik, a seasoned leader in the outdoor and footwear industries, took a bold step and founded Evergreen Outdoor Group. His career had been a journey through some of the most influential names in the industry—Ecco Outdoor, Rumpl, Keen, Timberland, and Nordstrom. With a wealth of experience and a knack for growing key accounts, Erik saw an opportunity to create something new and impactful.

Erik's vision was clear: to build a dynamic agency that could bring together a collection of top brands and elevate their presence in the market. Evergreen quickly established itself as a major player in the Pacific Northwest, and soon beyond. With a focus on the PNW territory and key accounts nationwide, the agency’s reputation for excellence grew rapidly.

Sara, who had also made her mark in the outdoor industry since 2003, joined Erik in this exciting new venture in 2024. Her extensive background with various outdoor companies and brands complemented Erik’s experience perfectly. Together, their combined expertise and success in managing large key accounts made Evergreen a powerhouse in brand representation.
